Due to high volume of porting requests we’re experiencing at the moment, porting your number to Virtual Landline might take 2 to 4 working weeks.

In most cases we can migrate your existing home or business 01/02 number, turning it virtual so that your number goes with you. Porting can be a complicated technical process as it is subject to the details that you provide matching exactly the details your current provider holds, and that the provider has a porting agreement in place with BT.
Please note Cable & Wireless numbers cannot be migrated as no agreement currently exists with BT and Cable & Wireless.
