Cause:

• Upstream DNS issue caused call routing and some website functionality to be nonfunctional. The problem was quickly resolved but caused some customers to continue to have issues whilst DNS was re-propagating

Cause:

• After a server migration we had an issue with audio not being able to be heard. The issue was with IP address allocation which was identified and resolved.

Cause:

• An issue with a service on our SIP server prevented app registrations. Our engineers were quickly on the issue and resolved it as quickly as we could. The issue has been resolved, and all services are now fully operational

Cause:

• We experienced a temporary outage due to a tariffing error. The issue has been resolved, and all services are now fully operational

• Some settings within the user portal were having issues updating, mostly related to call whisper and IVR
